Kris is Co-Founder & CEO of S4Carlisle Publishing Services. He is a highly accomplished and well-known personality in business and sports from India. He has been a leading entrepreneur in the technology-driven content business for the last two decades. He is also the founder of Qbend and PageMajik.

Qbend helps publishers multiply value from their content, through strong publishing expertise, state-of-the-art platforms and robust technology. His vision to constantly create new frontiers in publishing and content using emerging technology propelled him to found PageMajik.

Kris is a visionary, credited with sharp business and financial acumen, recast with the right risk-to-reward appetite.

Nandakumar Ramachandran, COO for Services, has more than 37 years of experience in the print and publishing business space. He has a good understanding of the print and publishing business - both from a local and an international business perspective.

From 1998 to 2005, he was with a renowned ePublishing company as the Manager of a large illustration and graphics team. Since 2009, he has been in charge of managing operations and driving various initiatives within the organization.

Nandakumar has travelled extensively, and worked with a wide range of clients across United States, Europe and Asia.

Susan is the Director of Development and Production Services at S4Carlisle Publishing Services. She has been with the S4Carlisle family for over 27 years in various capacities. Over the years, she has managed both the production and project management teams.

She has been single-handedly managing the onshore editorial services division, including freelancers, for several years now. Susan has spearheaded several initiatives within the organization to help transition work offshore and streamline production processes and practices.

Sakthi is the General Manager for Technology. He has been with S4Carlisle for over 18 years. He has been part of the R&D and technology team and now heads the team. Sakthi constantly studies business problems and strives to see how best technology-based solutions can reduce turnaround time and enhance quality. He has launched several technology initiatives in the company. Sakthi specializes in server site programming and open source software. 

Ann has been the AGM for project management services at S4Carlisle for 8 years. She currently manages both the offshore project management and production teams. Ann started her career in the publishing business 17 years ago. She is proficient in program management, and has excellent organizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
